Try checking out the online fundraising sites like kickstarter.com. There are many others. Just google "fundraising sites."

Perform a search for "venture capitalists austin, texas" There are several strong VC groups there that finance a variety of projects, including movies. Just have your project fully developed BEFORE contacting them....
