My name is Jessica "Jet" Jones and I am a freelance Makeup Artist and licensed cosmetologist(stylist) for both film & tv. I know my references and time periods for both makeup and hair cuts. I am thorough and have an ocd-like attention to detail. haha
There is an unfortunate stigma to makeup artists and stylists, but I am fun and professional and have a great rapport with everyone I've worked with. Makeup Artists/Stylists are usually an afterthought but play an important role in film as it is all visual, and that is what I specialize in.
I have worked on Feature Film (The Fields, starring Cloris Leachman, Louis Morabito(Fourth Dimension and Tara Reid), short films(such as Roles by Erin Kruger and Tom & Jenn Mattera of TreeLifeFilms.com), Commercials (under Newvision) and recently guest-starred and did makeup for bridal party(not bride) in CMT's My Big Redneck Vacation in 2012.
