The first time I have tried to do a short film in this way as I'm normally a big storyboard fan. Half the shoot was in Barcelona/Roses, Spain and the other half is shot in the grotty flats and streets of Manchester, UK. I'm finding it a really enjoyable way of shooting and suits this particular project right down to the ground. I know what themes I need to capture in depth so I can do them in pretty much any location I like, and the script adapts with that. So yes, very interesting way to shoot a film, I'm really enjoying it!
