Formatting encore: what's in caps? screenwriting

Boring subject but I have to ask: Apart from speaking characters who are first introduced in a script, camera directions, sounds, the slug lines, transitions, what other items must be in caps? I ask this because I read a well known script in which props were in caps. Must they be? I had not come across this before: "She pulls out her expensive, VELVET JEWELRY BOX, opens it dramatically ..."

My guess it's in caps when the prop is important to the story... Any thoughts?

I agree with Ben's answer however a lot of people feel all capping sounds is distracting. Personally I don't read specs so I don't care what people do. Also, I would like to add that you ALL CAP character names when they first appear on film (not always the first time their name appears in your...
