Boring subject but I have to ask: Apart from speaking characters who are first introduced in a script, camera directions, sounds, the slug lines, transitions, what other items must be in caps? I ask this because I read a well known script in which props were in caps. Must they be? I had not come across this before: "She pulls out her expensive, VELVET JEWELRY BOX, opens it dramatically ..."
My guess it's in caps when the prop is important to the story... Any thoughts?

However, you never all cap extras.
