Formatting question: (when to use screenwriting

When you have a sequence for example, where a character moves from one location to the next in "real time", should you be writing "CONTINUOUS" in the slug line after the initial location? A person walks out of a car, into the house and then into the back yard. We establish the car scene is in the DAY do we mention CONTINUOUS in the subsequent scenes until the sequence ends?
