I think you are going about trying to get together a group the wrong way. Just posting on stage32 is not enough. Contact people with whom you would like to work with directly or Try contacting some college students or put something on a local public forum in the area where you live. (I don't know if you have something like a craigslist there or not.) You need to find people who are available so the best routes is to tap the senior population who are no longer working or the student population who may not have a full time job to go to or possibly the disabled population and give them something to do. Your other option is to contact other film makers and writers in your local area which you might be able to tap into if you start a writers and film makers support group where you can learn from one another. Give it a go. You can't do anything but go up from your current point.
