Thank you, Lynette. Your advice is right on. I'm a writer straight down to the bone, but got off track and am determined to get back where I once belonged. A pep talk from a former CAA agent -- son-in-law of a good friend -- echoes everything you just said. And when I count up all my previous successes, it was always a network of contacts that brought me to pay dirt. And Harrison Ford? A friend of mine used to live next door to him. So far, no contacts with Kevin Bacon.

Thanks for your kind words. I like to keep it real and there's no reason to pretend that show business is anything but BUSINESS. I wish you much success with your writing. And your friend lived next door to Ford? I wonder if she ever popped in to borrow a cup or sugar.....or a spare droid part?

A "he." Harrison helped him change his tire once. That's what happens when you live in Beverly Hills. You get the best mechanics.
