In this industry I have noticed a few things. The first is that it is alot like Network Marketing. The products are pretty good but way overpriced in order to pay the upline. The people at the top make the most and the people actually working the floor get the least. Its not who you are but who you know and who they know. And, mostly, that though someone at the top seems to be rich and successful, its usually a ruse as they often times dont get paid until the money really comes in. Even Oscar winners struggle to make ends meet! The second thing I have learned is that there is often more drama going og behind the camera than in front of it,
