I'm new to this site, so it's... Screenwriting

I'm new to this site, so it's probably a very obvious question (sorry if that's the case) but shy bairns don't get sweets and all that... I'm a writer (film and theatre scripts) with several scripts either completed or nearly finished, what's the best way to get people here interested and getting projects up and running (whether that be actors, lighting etc): Should I just put the script on the logline/screenplay section or post in separate areas of this site? What do you guys do? Thanks - and again, sorry if it's an obvious question. Peter
