• Digital media workflow creation and team management in support of $50 million plus advertising budgets, for both cable networks and video on demand
• Project management and equipment budgeting and procurement for facilities expansion projects and new technology implementation in excess of $100K
• Providing team leadership and management through substantial changes, both technical and cultural, while remaining focused on organizational objectives
