Sometimes losing your fear involves setting love free. Josie is the only veterinarian for 50 miles. Living in a small mountain town is lonely, but there's worse things than being lonely. Love, possibly? It hasn't been good to her, anyway. She waits for her "dream lover," the flannel-shirted woodsman who comes to her while she sleeps. Her friends scoff, but she waits, anyway. Her life takes on a series of twists when a white Kermode bear cub is discovered alongside it's poached mother in a stand of woods on the outskirts of town. How did a Kermode bear and her cub travel over 2,000 miles from British Columbia's coastal islands to Crag Corners, Colorado? The answer begins it's reveal when a mysterious man, wearing a flannel shirt, shows up in town with questions of his own...
