Hey Coli, thanks for accepting my friend request. Please "like "my music page at www.facebook.com/Shonnasongs
Thank you so much and nice meeting you :-)
I am asking everyone in my network to at least check out my project and watch my pitch video for my new film http://www.indiegogo.com/exorcism You can donate as little as $1 but even if you don't want to donate you can help spread the word through Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking sites. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope to hear from you soon. All the best.
This is one of the most insightful articles I've read in some time. There are some subtle and not so subtle red flags for all aspiring scribes to take heed to. I did find your comments about Michael London interesting as well because I am going through something similar. I could go on and on but I'll end with the most appropriate response I feel is warranted, "THANKS!!!"
Thanks, Coli. Yes, watch your back. Sometimes, as writers, we don't think we're in control b/c, well, we either need the $$ or just want to see our words up on the screen. But while you're holding out for the integrity of your work, or just because you're excited to see it to the screen, others are waiting for your attention to lapse so they can reach into your pocket. Remember, no matter how crappy films and TV get, it still all starts with the writer, even if, as happened to me, they want to erase him/her from the face of the creation for their own personal gain. I wish you luck, my friend. I'm glad my piece could be of some assistance. Rex
