Currently I own and operate a digital audio recording/mastering facility designed to best accomodate the post audio needs of independent film makers, broadcast producers and editorial content film and video. We specialize in original music production and scoring for film, sound design, dialog editiing, ADR re-recording, Sound Effects recording, production and mastering all digital assets for broadcast deliverables and DVD mastering. Youcan work directly with us at our studios or through FTP servers and dedicated hard drives. We are comfortable in either case and we communicate with previews all through the process of designing your audio. In addition to the digital studio in Cleveland, we have a sister studio in Austin, TX; Cribworks Digital Audio. There we can record live players of all kinds, vocals for song tracks and ADR/VO if the location is more convenient.
Sound Design; Complete sound landscapes and atmospheres in SFX recording and spotting, Foley, ADR re-recording, location SFX and atmosphere recording, dialog editing and cleaning and post production supervision as music supervisor/producer and post audio supervisor. We have well over 10,000 sound effects all stored & cataloged on hard drives. Access to a number of internet source sites for sound FX, incidental music and practical music to complete your sound design. Voice booth for recording VO, ADR and foley work in the studio. We can build your sound design from scratch, or work on just elememnts like dialog cleaning, ambient tones or special SFX that can't be sourced otherwise.
Music and Scoring; Full digital orchestration with top sound libraries from Viena Strings Library, Kontakt-3, Symphobia to East/West Play - Choirs, Gold Symphony, Ministry of Rock and Voices of Passion. Now, just added Kirk Hunter Concert Strings II, a great string scoring library. Complete MIDI and scribe notation for scoring or performances of the sound tracks. In addition we have numerous sound and instrument libraries from Reason, Omnisphere, StormDrum-2, Superior Drummer and acoustic libraries in all orchestral instruments. Analog synthesizers and samples dating back to the late 70's for the "retro" sound. Arranging all instruments along with producing "live" sessions recorded in other facilities. Writing, orchestrating, arranging and recording music for film scores, TV episodal projects, documentaries, short films, animations and DVD audio series.
Digital Mixing & Mastering; When all or a portion of the sound design is completed we can work closely with your Archive team and get you all the proper deliverables for mastering DVD, broadcast Specs or for mastering CD sound tracks or album projects (Through TerraNova Mastering in Austin TX) or straight archiving for your distributor. We include mixes in stereo, 5.1, 7.1 and encode surround mixes in DOLBY ProLogic II format. All theatrical multi-channel mixes are archived in BWAV format and can be up-sampled to 24/48K, 24/88.2K, 24/96K and 24/192K upon exporting of the mix and stems. We can also encode 7.1 and upwards mixes in DOLBY "E" through labs in our contact lists in LA, NYC and London.
