"Last Dance" will be Purple Empire Entertainment first short film of many, and eventually feature film. "Last Dance" is being produce by Jenifer Madrid (me) Colombian producer. It will be shot in Vancouver, BC, over a 6 Days Period.
Synopsis Anna and Michael are a young married couple very much in love, but separated by death. Since Anna is "Living" and Michael has passed away, they meet only in the memories of their short life together. Anna has decided it is time to move on. she writes ( and Michael receives) a letter purging herself of her mixed feeling and desires to separate from each other in a way death had not been able to do, but an unimaginable visit upon the letter's delivery revives the loves that made the choice to let go so difficult in the first place.
This story was born over the idea of new beginning and transformation, at any giving point of our life we find our-self traing to move on, to start "living". I belief that everyone has a story about moving on, starting over. Last Dance mark the fist step for the Purple Butterfly as a story teller and making dreams came true.
Once completed, Last Dance will be submitted to different film festival.
