A Magical Tale 2: The Story of a Fat Cat, A Wishing Well, and a Hidden Cave.

This is the sequel to a Magical Tale 1 in which I have written. This will also be based on animal characters being real people. This short story takes place in Northern New Jersey exactly one week before Christmas. The main character in the story is a lazy fat yellow cat name Lucas Sniffletoss. He works in the Nestle Chocolate Factory. He also has an abusive boss that loves not only pick on him, but also loves to stomp on his huge tail so Lucas can let out a huge scream for everyone to hear him. Even though his boss is abusive, Lucas does partially cause his own mischiefs at his workplace. Lucas also lives in a small house in the middle of nowhere and has no other living relatives.

Lucas does have some hobbies which include going to the movies on Sunday and playing video games every night after work. He occasionally loves to go to the mall which is thirty minutes away from him and buy items for himself around Christmas time. Lucas works in the Nestle Chocolate Factory because he got the job due to the fact that his father was once the manager of the factory. Sadly to say, Lucas didn’t rise to people’s expectation compared to what his father was. Lucas is not only poor, he is facing some financial difficulty. Lucas doesn’t leave the job because he needs the money to support himself. Lucas’s boss does not fire him because he is not only having a fun time torturing him, all of the mischief Lucas does doesn’t really violate any of the rules of the factory. Lucas’s only friend is a security guard named Andrew that works at the factory.

During the week before Christmas when Lucas decided to take his usual trip to the mall, he decided to check out the malls famous wishing well. After reading the myth of what the wishing well can do for people, Lucas decided to take a chance and toss his lucky silver coin with his birth date on it into the well. While doing it, he wished for a new life and a new home. After doing this and going home, a huge rainstorm hit and caused what looked like a huge curved up sinkhole in the middle of Lucas’s backyard. What Lucas didn’t know was that the sinkhole was a hidden cave! When Lucas went to check out the hidden cave in the middle of the night, what he finds is a fortune that will change his life forever. He even uses the fortune he finds to change the lives of some of the people he knows.
