moreMy first book in my science fiction romance series, Canopy, will be published on June 25th, 2012. I have varied interests and can't seem to stop writing about any of them. I write historical fiction, nonfiction under such topics as breastfeeding after breast cancer, natural childbirth and organic gardening in Arizona's harsh desert conditions. I'm a mother and a wife, but above all, I'm a storyteller. There is always some story roaming around in my brain. When somebody thinks I'm not listening to them, it's probably true. It's not my fault. There's no volume control in my brain to block out the dialogue my characters are sharing.
I have a different point of view than most people, have never made the popular or mainstream choices in my life, and tend to make people uncomfortable without trying to because I'm so honest. My stories are controversial, but filled with passion. When the world ends, I'll still be entertained, because I'll still have my characters ,my plots, and my neverending dialogues. Yes, there's probably a happy pill for this, but just try and make me take it. :D
