more…is a Kenyan born Actress/Writer/Director & Standup Comedian. She has starred in over two-dozen plays, playing 3 of theaters most coveted roles, Hamlet, Lysistrata and Lady MacBeth and recently appeared in the play “Red Noses” directed by Tony Award winner Dominique Serrand. She is a multiple theater award winner and an LA Ovation Award nominee.
Peres made her theater directorial debut directing her original play “CUT” at the Walt Disney Concert Hall as part of their Fall Studio and last Fall Underground Voices published her first non-fiction novel, “On The Verge” based on writings from her blog, kenyangirlonanamericansafari.
This year Peres will be appearing opposite David Oyelowo, in Simon Brand's feature film “Default” and the German produced, short film “Malaika”, set to premiere in Berlin. She is currently in post-production with her new documentary “Africans versus African Americans: silent sibling rivalry” featuring Isaiah Washington and developing a fictional feature film.
