Bick Antzis

Bick/Antzis are Tamara Bick & Drew Antzis, happily married with two super fantastic kids.
A husband and wife directing team, they bring both a lady and a manly (or a manly lady)
perspective to the work. Their work history encompasses acting, stand-up, improvising,
shooting, directing, editing and producing.
Improvising and performing at Second City, Improv Olympic and Upright Citizen’s Brigade as
well as on sitcoms including Men Behaving Badly, Frasier and Seinfeld, they have an intimate
and personal knowledge of what it takes to develop a character and how to tell a story.
Behind the camera work includes being the first in-house director at Funny or Die, shooting,
directing and editing the video that launched the site - The Landlord - featuring Will Ferrell.
They had the pleasure of directing more than 70 video’s at FOD. They also wrote some of
them including ‘The Instructor’ with Sean Hayes and ‘Eulogy Punch–up Artist’ with Jim
Parsons. Bick/Antzis have directed, produced and edited multiple web series for major
brands. Their 7 episode romcom for Whole Foods was chosen Ad of The Day in ADWEEK.
Most recently they directed a series of spots for Zurich Insurance with McCann Worldwide
entitled Golf Love Tests. The campaign was shot simply to air on-line, but was so successful it
has since aired on Golf Chanel, ESPN, CNN and is now running nationally on CBS.
Bick/Antzis wrote and directed a short film called COMA which traveled to festivals across the
globe winning the hearts of audiences and snagging Audience Awards. They’re currently
working on the feature script for COMA, a black comedy.
