About Edward

Edward Martin III is a writer and filmmaker scrabbling together a semblance of home in the Pacific Northwest. He's surrounded by looming evergreens with sullen boughs, mountains that ponder the nature of death, and a relentless sea that dissolves everything it touches. Also, there's a pair of maine coons, primarily to offset all that rich delicious goodness. Edward's first novel "The Blood-Red Night of Hatchet Valley" has just been picked up by horror publisher Black Bed Sheets and is due out early 2023. His fourth book "Fully Functional" has just been published. His most recent movies are "The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath" (an animated adaptation of the Lovecraft novel), "Flesh of my Flesh" (a bizarre zombie horror set in the too-near future), and "The Dead" an experimental drama exploring the effects a person can have on their community. Edward's helmed seven different web series so far: "Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse," "Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse -- for Zombies!," "Scuba-Dooba-Doo," "Head of Household," "The Creative Draw," "Pointed Lessons," and "Rose City Underground," for a total of a couple hundred different episodes.
