About Glen
Back in the early 1980's I worked with the BBC in Derry and Belfast and later as an international freelancer shooting with my own gear for many international producers and broadcasters filming most things from basic news to factual documentaries, music, commercials, natural history and sad to say, several conflicts in some of the worlds most wonderfully pretty, but extremely violent and often very dangerous places.
Employed via a known diary agency but always eager to meet & work with new people especially over a decent cup of coffee.
I am based out of North Wales and speak Spanish, Thai, Lao, Welsh and English.
Unique traits: I am Glen Jones, an experienced cameraman and a licenced drone operator working as a freelance Documentary Cameraman based in the UK Equipped with my own industry-standard S35 Camera fitted with cinema glass, proper lens accessories, 4K Teradek monitoring, Litepanels interview lighting kit and a commercial Drone, I'm confident and able to tackle most jobs from a simple interview to a far more complex fully blown commercial production and short films. Over the years I have enjoyed the teamwork collaboration within the industry and have always given a reliable service at a very reasonable and fair rate.
