Easter (2020 - 2023)
Film (short) by HNC Easter The 2020 Pandemic has bled over into 2021 and the corona virus has continued to spread and mutate. By Global Mandate, 90% of all jobs are designated work from home. Self-isolation is the norm. Randomly assigned to the role of Work From Home 9-1-1 operator, a woman weighed down by her circumstances is desperately trying to find the light in the tunnel. This project was conceived, written and filmed by HeavenNezCree during the height of the 2020 pandemic. It was done mostly in physical isolation, auditioning, directing and communicating with actors via Zoom and other video chat services.
