I was born in Cuba in 1985. My interest in photography began in 2005 in Havana, Cuba, after studying Fine Arts at the University of E.J.Varona. In 2008, I moved to Spain, where I established my residency. There, I developed my career as a photographer.
Between 2009 and 2013, I was commissioned by communication agencies to work as a press photographer, covering most important figures in many events with the Spanish society.
In 2011, because of my constant and growing interest in cinema, I began working in professional productions of film, television, and advertising, as well as independent projects. I worked as a still photographer, camera operator, camera assistant, and steadicam assistant. At the same time I worked on developing a personal documentary project titled "Dónde están los vasos?" composed of audio, video and photography.
In late 2013, I moved to the United States and started developing "Private Property" and "Empire Sand" in Texas, two personal projects assembled using audio and photography. In August 2015, I moved to the city of Los Angeles in order to focus my career in the film industry. In Los Angeles, I have worked on different projects taking different positions within the camera department. In addition, I continue to develop new personal photographic and audiovisual projects.
