About Karis

As an ex-actress I've left the stage for good and found my place behind the scenes. Now I'm a screenwriter from Texas who accidentally transplanted in New England. I cope with the weather by closely studying television shows and thinking up more dramatic ways to develop characters in my own scripts. I am pursuing an MFA in Producing and Writing TV while not binge watching a series, to help my dream of sharing my passion for important stories along. Read my scripts here!

Unique traits: Doughnut enthusiast. Writer of angst. Ex-theater soloist that will sing for pastries.
