About Lyndsay

I am a confident, capable individual who thrives on new challenges and experiences in all aspects of life and brings enthusiasm and dedication to any task to which I commit.
As a mature individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills I am known for my organisational and planning abilities, time management and flexibility, problem solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
I am a resourceful and trustworthy individual with a proven track record in meeting deadlines, with experience in budget management and control in excess of £2 million per annum, using my initiative to improve processes through the process of audit and review and strive to meet organisational or individual objectives as set out by employers or clients.
Experienced in Change Management I am able to work under pressure and successfully deal with competing demands while maintaining complete professionalism and confidentiality.
As a self directed team player I believe in the continuous personal and professional development of myself and others and believe in dignity and respect, value and will defend the rights of others regardless of colour, creed, capacity, sexuality, belief systems or age and have received specific training in the protection of vulnerable children and adults.
With several years experience working as a manager in differing countries in public and private health care as well as the hospitality and customer service industries, I have sought out and gained valuable knowledge and skills that are ultimately transferable across to this, my chosen career path as an Executive Assistant and Researcher for Film & TV Production.
In order to achieve my career goals I began working on a voluntary basis for a Scottish Film Production Company in March 2015, which has allowed me to develop and hone my skills as an Executive Assistant and Researcher.

Unique traits: Fully qualified Mental Health Nurse with experience in Secure Environments, such as State Hospitals, Secure Units and Prisons.
