About Mark

Mark is an established producer, writer, and actor for TV and film, in both English and French. As a producer and writer specialising in mythic drama, his premiere feature film - THE WILD HUNT – was distributed internationally and hailed as an indie success story after winning Best First Canadian Feature Film at TIFF in 2009, and Best Narrative Film at Slamdance, 2010.

In 2011, Mark was nominated at the GEMEAUX awards as ‘Best Host in a Youth Series’ for SRC's Zooville. Some of his most notable TV and Film appearances include: Cyclotron, Human Trafficking, Silent Night, Shake Hands with The Devil, The Last Templar, Trauma, L’incomparable Mademoiselle “C”, Police 10-07, Omerta, Complexe ‘G’, The Wild Hunt, and Rhymes for Young Ghouls. His angling-adventure series Hooked with Mark Krupa also airs internationally.

With a passion for creating engaging character-driven drama for wide-ranging audiences and maximizing production value, Mark has launched ECHELON, a dynamic and innovative suspense-thriller series set in Montreal and Prague. Mark presently has two feature films in development – VINLAND, a historical drama and THE EXTRACTOR, Sci-Fi feature trilogy.
