I am a London based actress who trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School for 8 years before attaining A Level drama and then a BA Acting degree from Guildford School of Acting.
The learning never ever stops in this industry (or in life) so I have weekly acting coaching privately as well training at The Acting Studio in New York, intense Meisner classes at The Poor School, Physical Theatre with Simon Pittman & Margaret Ann Bain and I shall be following a ten week screen acting course at The
Melbourne Acting Studio in London. I have appeared in TV Commercials in featured roles, musical theatre (42nd Street, Snow White) and TV Dramas & SitComs in small roles. I have just finished work on a short film and will begin work on another feature film at the end of February 2016.
I would love to do more film, and it is always my aim to work with talented & ambitious directors, writers and producers on gritty, thought-provoking and entertaining projects. I am soon embarking on my first screenplay which will be challenging and fun at the same time and will see me play my part behind the camera. If I would be typecast it would be for intense, dark, and dramatic or highly emotional characters although I have been told I have great comedy timing too.
Aside from acting, I am a trained dancer and still train in tap, theatre jazz, hip hop & body locking at the world famous Pineapple Dance Studios in London. I'm also a rusty jazz singer who probably needs some re-training but can still hold a note. Acting is my absolute passion in life not just my career, it is the most rewarding, challenging, and satisfying job in the world and there isn't too much I wouldn't do in order to fully immerse myself in a character and a story.
Unique traits: Extremely versatile & natural born talent coupled with great training to hone my craft and improve technique.
