I'm very new to films and am writing my own screenplay at the moment for 'Who Killed Honor Bright?' Honor Bright was my grandmother, who was murdered in Dublin in 1925. Research made me sure that she was not a prostitute, as the Irish Government claimed, but W B Yeats' Catholic lover, and that she was murdered at the behest of his wife. The murder was carried out by a police superintendent acting for the Minister of Justice - hence the disclaimer from the Irish Government! To begin with I was scared to say anything because I expected repercussions, but when none occurred I wrote a book about it. The screenplay is my attempt to turn it into a film. Johnny Depp would be ideal as Yeats in my film. Honor Bright needs to be 5'4" tall with a curvy figure, chestnut-coloured hair and beautiful round green or blue eyes. The director needs to understand the Irish Free State and Yeats' life. The producer needs to apply for film-making grants from Ireland. Any offers?
