Russell C. Goeins III
is a screenwriter and producer who has a passion for unique and creative storytelling. Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Russell moved to the Orlando Florida area in 2003. His original feature length spec script titled "Skin and Bones" garnered the attention of Lucky Head Films owner, Rebecca Rodriguez. Rebecca is an award winning screenwriter and director whose recommendation led to Russell being brought on to write the feature length script for “Born to Overcome”, a faith based christian film slated to go into production in early 2017.
Currently, Russell is working on several original projects including a short film entitled “The Hammer Fell”. This powerful 10 minute short tells the story of a son who desperately tries to save the life of his dying father while being bombarded with a flood of emotional flashbacks from his childhood. Russell also has a passion for public speaking which includes a long history of Christian Ministry in front of and behind the camera. When he's not writing, Russell enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters and two granddaughters as well as reading, playing golf (not nearly as often as he would like), martial arts and of course, watching movies!
