Born in Middlebury Vermont, I went in the opposite direction of expectations. Paradoxically, this has fueled creativity but delayed outward rewards.
I went to Clark University because it's the only place Frued and Jung visited and I thought they were pioneers. On the weekends I hitchiked home to see my girlfriend. I traveled the world to make a clean break with tradition and untapped deeper reserves. Being in the Middle East(Israeli kibbutz, Greece, Crete, Egypt and Turkey) grounded my decision to become and artist with no plan b. I returned to attend UVM and perform on stage before embarking out west to work in Alaska in a fish Cannery before settling in Seattle.
Using public access equipment, I founded a theater with a woman from Czechoslovakia in Seattle. The intent was to add a missing quotient to film that I felt was lacking. By expanding from this vocabulary, it has been my goal to eventually make a creative contribution to the mainstream.
My method has been to combine three branches of art to expand the one channel of expression.
Centered in Los Angeles, I am prepared to meet opportunities while constantly engaged with creative work.
