Victor Xavier Ibarra

Born in Eastern Los Angeles, Raised in Downey and Relocated to Reno, Nevada. Victor is a web developer and cellular technology lover. Since the age of 15, Victor has been involved in many website projects and even though some of those projects have not gained the public momentum that was expected since their release; Victor remains thankful that he was able to meet new and amazing people along the way.

During his free time, Victor is involved in events with his church that benefit and help the community. From being a homeless ministry volunteer to providing assistance to strangers with their smartphones, websites or electronics. Victor is curious and enjoys meeting new and like minded people for friendships and more.
