Albert Smith

I was born In Hawthorne , California and raised in a bilingual environment, English -Spanish . Since very young age I always had the need to entertain and tell stories.
When I just finish High School I joined a local amateur theater company where I started to learn the craft and perform as an Actor and a Mime , we performed at schools,public places and local Radio and TV stations , this took place in Mexico where I was living at the moment . Back in California I look classes at Oxnard College , with great teachers like Andres Orozco and Kitty Merrill , They Teach Film , Television & Electronic Media. Once at Oxnard I had the chance to work in numerous projects . That lead me to take professional acting classes in Los Angeles , I got the opportunity study at The Berg Studios with Gregory Berger-Sobeck .
Through College I manage to be part of the the cast of the play"Latinologues" written and directed by Rick Najera who came to Oxnard and direct the play himself.
In 2014 I won the Oxnard Student Digital Film Festival with the short film "The Conductor !!" with comedy.
I got to join the cast of a spanish speaking play called "Tus Amigos Nunca Te Harian Dano " (Your friends will never harm you) for the theater company "Teatro de las Americas " . At the moment we are working in show for a local public access Television called "Loz Anormales" (The abnormals ) the show in Spanish spoken and you can see us and like us on Facebook and YouTube .
