Happy Monday, guys. Hope your week is off to a creative start.

One of the most popular questions I've been asked over these last 4 years revolves around the difficulty of landing a studio job. The common perception is that it is impossible to break in and that there are only so many jobs to go around.

Since this is such a popular topic, I thought I would shine the spotlight on a terrific article from Stephen Follows, a writer and producer who also runs a tremendous blog regarding film related statistics. A more comprehensive look at this topic you will not find.
