Tonight is the final deadline for our Stage 32 Happy Writers Search for New Blood Contest. Do you have a horror, thriller, action or sci fi feature that you think could be the next break out hit? We have hand selected 9 executives from the most sought after companies in the industry including Blumhouse Productions, The Safran Company, Cross Creek Pictures, Energy Entertainment, Ghost House Pictures, Revolver Picture Company, Unique Features and Dimension Films to just our final round of scripts.
We take our contest winners’ success very seriously. Our past contest winners have signed with major companies like ICM, BenderSpink, 3 Arts Entertainment and Paradigm.
Our Grand Prize Winner, Glenn Forbes, was almost instantly signed with manager Seth Nagel from Infinity Management International. And just recently, Seth helped Glenn’s script get optioned! See Glenn's video from winning last year's contest:
Our 2nd Place Winner, Frank Ponce, got his script picked up by Atlas Entertainment (American Hustle, Season of the Witch, The Bank Job). Frank had a number of meetings with management companies like The Shuman Company and Gotham Group. Frank most recently signed with management powerhouse 3 Arts Entertainment.
Next week, our winners from our 1st Annual Feature Film Contest are being flown out to Los Angeles! We set them up on a number of meetings with high profile companies for 3 full days of back to back meetings. It’s meetings like these that have helped Glenn and Frank ignite their careers.
We are so excited for our roster of over 450 executives to discover even more talent. The clock is ticking and the deadline is upon us. Will you be our next major success story?
Plus, here’s what just a couple of past contest winners had to say after experiencing the reach of the Stage 32 Happy Writers:
