As predicted, no film dominated the proceedings last night. Life of Pi was the winner as far as total number of statues received with 4. Argo, of course, won the biggie. Lincoln supporters were left cold with only 2 wins from 12 nominations.
All of this uncertainty made for one interesting contest. Over 7,000 of you submitted picks. When the dust cleared, one member stood above the rest. Roberto Bricchi, an actor from North Carolina, managed to nail an astonishing 21 out of 24 selections, narrowly edging out David Schroder, an assistant director hailing from Johannesburg, South Africa, who hit on 20.
Overall, 21 members picked at least 75% correct. All 21 will receive a Stage 32 t-shirt. The first 15 members to select the most correct answers will also have their choice of a few awesome additional prizes.
Congratulations to Roberto and all the other winners!
