Good morning Stage 32 Family! Can you believe that we are already halfway through July?! This summer is flying by and the successes keep piling up for our writers! We’ve had the privilege of hearing directly from a few of our writers in recent weeks as they tell their success stories! But those are just a fraction of the success our community members are enjoying this summer!

First, I want to send a huge shout out to the winner of our 4th Annual Comedy Writing Contest, Greg Mania, with his project, “Mania”! Greg is a hilarious writer and you will be hearing more about him very soon. Soon he will be on his way to LA to meet with managers, executives, and producers through Stage 32!

And while we’re on the subject of screenwriting contests, this Wednesday is the FINAL DEADLINE for our 5th Annual Feature Screenwriting Contest. We have judges from Gersh, Good Fear Management, Verve, Elevate, and more all coming in to read projects and personally meet with the winner! If you have not entered this contest yet, get on it! This contest launches screenwriting careers!

Speaking of career advancement, I wanted to do a quick recap and send a big congratulations out to the writers who have secured meetings or been requested in June and July! With all of the success in the recent months, we have a lot to be excited about!
