I am an independent filmmaker based in the Triad area of North Carolina. My strengths are cinematography, editing, and planning. I have been actively photographing for over 30 years and made the transition to film-making in 2012. In October 2014, I authored, produced, and released a feature-length documentary on the pre-Revolutionary Regulator movement of North Carolina which is appropriately named "The Regulators."
My day job is Software Architect and Engineer for a major US corporation. Interestingly enough, many of the skills acquired in this role translate wonderfully to my film-making activities. Photography, videography, music, and painting are my “sanity breaks” that save me from my day-to-day software development existence!
