Andrew Carlberg

Andrew Carlberg - Producer (looking for comedies and family films),

Recently named by Variety alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Mindy Kaling and Andy Samberg as one of "Hollywood's New Leaders," Andrew Carlberg is an award-winning feature film, television, new media, Broadway and Los Angeles stage producer.
Andrew’s first feature film, Some GIrl(s), (written by Neil LaBute, directed by Daisy von Scherler Mayer, and starring Adam Brody, Kristen Bell, Zoe Kazan, Mia Maestro, Jennifer Morrison and Emily Watson) premiered in the narrative spotlight at the 2013 SXSW Film Festival and was the first narrative feature to receive a day-and-date theatrical premiere via Vimeo's on-demand platform. Andrew has produced several shorts and music videos as well, including festival favorites Double or Nothing (written by Neil LaBute; starring Adam Brody and Keith David) and After-School Special (written by Neil LaBute; starring Sarah Paulson and Wes Bentley). He has completed production on the upcoming features The Dramatics (the feature debut of UCB and Funny or Die alum Scott Rodgers; starring Kat Foster, Sean Astin, Rosemarie DeWitt, Thomas Sadoski and Pablo Schreiber) and Dirty Weekend (written and directed by Neil LaBute; starring Matthew Broderick and Alice Eve).

In television, Andrew executive produced the 10 episode DirecTV short film series Ten X Ten, written and directed by Neil LaBute, and starring Jenna Fischer, Maggie Grace, Bill Pullman, Judith Light and more. He co-executive produced the 10 episode DirecTV limited series Full Circle, also written by LaBute, and starring David Boreanaz, Kate Walsh, Cheyenne Jackson, Keke Palmer, Tom Felton and more. As the Creative Executive to the Executive Producer of ABC’s Castle, he began his television career working on the hit series from development through its first four and a half seasons.

On the New York stage, Andrew recently produced the critically acclaimed Broadway revival of Side Show (directed by Bill Condon; NY Times “Best of 2014”), as well as associated produced the 2013 Broadway revival of Romeo and Juliet (starring Orlando Bloom and Condola Rashad).

Andrew founded The 4th Wall, a theater initiative originated at The Geffen Playhouse, and The Piece Project, a celebrity-based theater ensemble and reading series. Los Angeles theater credits include: the long-running improv-based LA and NY hit The Blind Date Project, the World Premiere of Cindy Shapiro’s Psyche: A Modern Rock Opera, the LA Premiere of Bekah Brunstetter’s Be a Good Little Widow, the World Premiere of Ron Klier's Cops and Friends of Cops, the World Premiere of Steve Yockey’s Wolves, the World Premiere of Rob Mersola’s Dirty Filthy Love Story, the World Premiere of Steve Yockey’s The Fisherman's Wife, the LA Intimate Theater Premiere of The Color Purple: The Musical (Ovation and LA Weekly Theater Award; LA Times, Backstage and LA Weekly Critics' Pick), the LA Premiere of Neil LaBute’s The Mercy Seat, the West Coast Premiere of Edward Anthony's Wish I Had a Sylvia Plath, the World Premiere of David Dean Bottrell Makes Love, and the Los Angeles premiere of Sarah Tuft’s 110 Stories (starring Katharine McPhee, John Hawkes, Ed Asner, Sharon Lawrence, and others).

Andrew is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an alum of Film Independent’s Fast Track Producing Fellowship and New York’s Independent Filmmaker Project, an active volunteer and mentor through the I Have a Dream Foundation, a producer for the National Breast Cancer Coalition, a longtime member of the Los Angeles Public Library’s Young Literati, and an inaugural member of the Theatrical Producers League of Los Angeles.

Jared Iacino - SVP, Head of Films an Television Production, Panay Films

Jared Iacino is the Head of Films and Television Production at Panay Films. Jared has been involved with the development and production of projects including HIT & RUN starring Kristen Bell, Dax Shepard and Bradley Cooper, HOT TUB TIME MACHINE 2 starring Craig Robinson, Rob Corddry and Adam Scott, and the family adventure film EARTH TO ECHO, MASTERMINDS starring Zach Galifianakis, Kristen Wig and Owen Wilson, and the recent CHIPS starring Michael Peña and Dax Shepard. Panay has produced WEDDING CRASHERS starring Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson, VAN WILDER starring Ryan Reynolds, and SERENDIPITY starring John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale.

These productions have given Panay Films the opportunity to work with other major companies including:

Prior to his time at Panay Films, Jared worked in development and production at Walt Disney Studios, Red Wagon Entertainment, Storyline Entertainment and Fox Studios - affording him the opportunity to work on a diverse slate of award-winning and critically-acclaimed Film and Television projects including: THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA, JUNO, HAIRSPRAY, THE BUCKET LIST, A RAISIN IN THE SUN, THE PROPOSAL, and THE MUPPETS.

A Seattle native, Jared has a BFA from Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts.
