Daniel Vincenzo Papa de Dios

Artist, Producer and Coach currently based in Bologna, Italy.

Born and raised in Colombia, I live in Australia at a very young age and, after graduating from High School in 2011, decide to study German in Berlin before moving to Italy on the following year.

I've got remarkable leadership and social relationship skills, I'm used to working and leading both small and large teams, where I notice and take out the best of each member to reach a common goal.
I solve problems with both a thorough analysis and flexible creativity.
I believe having an honest and kind relationship between team members (coworkers and clients) is the best way to achieve long-lasting and truly satisfying results.
I speak fluent Spanish, Italian, English and German.

Since 2019 I work mainly as a Freelance in the Audiovisual Industry, mainly as Producer and Account with production companies and comunication agencies; in the Arts-Performance Industry; and in the Coaching Industry.

AUDIOVISUAL: I've worked with companies such as Small Forward Produtions for a Sky-HBO production, Terminal Loud Pictures as Producer in charge of internatioal projects and clients, Moville as Producer and Project Manager and SMK Factory SRL as Producer and Account Manager.

ARTS: I've worked with theaters such as ERT National Thater as Assistant Director and translator for Claudio Longhi, Gabriel Calderón and Lisandro Rodriguez; with independent groups like Teatro Ebasko and Compagnia Icore; and as an autonomous Director and Performer.

COACHING: I started studying coaching with Ernesto Arias at around 2013-2014, but actually started offering coaching and counseling services since 2020.

In May 2019 I complete a post-graduate course as International Dramaturg at the theatre school Iolanda Gazzerro in Modena.

In 2018 I graduate from my M.A. with honours from the University of Bologna in Theatre and Music Studies with a dissertation on Theory and Techniques of Dramatic Composition.

In 2015, I get my Bachelor in DAMS (Drama, Arts and Music Studies) with a thesis in History of Direction on Colombian theatre in the 20th century.
During my studies, I attend several workshops and courses, which enabl me to meet and work with different artists including Armando Punzo, Maria Luisa Abate of the "Marcido Marcidoris" company, the "Punta Corsara" company, and Cesare Ronconi and Lucia Palladino of "Teatro Valdoca".
