About Diane
I am a multi-published author of dark fantasy fiction and enlightening non-fiction. My storylines are enhanced by a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and years of study and experience in the realms of the occult, metaphysics, and Eastern philosophy. As founder of the Mystery School Wing Academy of Unfoldment, I teach students to connect with their inner magick. When I write, I start with a scenario and let it run from there. I get into a zone where I am experiencing the story as it unfolds and love to see where it takes me. Inspiration comes from many places and can happen at any time. People-watching triggers all sorts of ideas. I think what makes for a good story is atmosphere, intriguing characters, and the strange and unusual introducing itself into daily life. I like to include an out-of-the-ordinary component that brings about a mental or emotional transformation from the characters.
