One Wrong Step is a short film production that will be shot in the GTA/Toronto in October of 2017.

The film follows a conflict journalist who's always been on the move; sometimes at the cost of her personal life. While on assignment covering a conflict in Eastern Europe, an accident forces her to stand still for the first time in her adult life. As is natural in such predicaments, she is forced to reflect on her choices and how they culminated in her current situation. At the same time she must try to survive, more so than ever before.

Current dates are set for the weekend of Oct. 14th, and 15th - with an overnight stay on location on the night of the 13th. The remainder of the short will be shot on the weekend of Oct. 21st and 22nd.

Rehearsals will happen in late September (depending on schedules either the  (22nd and 23rd or the 30th and the 1st of October) in Toronto.

A small salary will be paid to cover expenses to each actor. The extent of which will depend on their involvement in the production. Food will be provided for on the first weekend of the shoot and lunch will be convered on the second.

Upon completion the film will be entered into 3 major film festivals and then released publicly online. Each participant will be invited to any screenings or events involving the film.
