About the job

New production / management company, Great Lakes Entertainment is seeking driven and experienced talent managers in the theatrical, youth, physical production, literary, commercial & print divisions. Applicants must have at least 2-3+ years of experience, however, candidates with experience at talent agencies/management may be considered for management trainee for potential growth. Serious candidates only.

Commission based job ONLY. Split negotiable based on experience.

We represent actors, writers, directors, and cinematographers. A lot of potential for growth and working in a great environment!

We are looking for managers that:

-Driven, focused, go-getters, and have a positive attitude.

-Prefer managers that have client list.

-Experienced with breakdown services (Actors Access, Casting Network, etc), network of casting directors/producers, contracts, SAG.

-Previous Agency Experience (REQUIRED)

-Are organized, professional, and have good communication skills.

-We cover all overhead expenses (office, breakdown services)

-Have potential to work from home and meet with clients at the office.
