About the job

Barrett is kidnapped and imprisoned in an unknown location by an unknown captor that keeps him against his will as his life falls apart. Suffering sensory deprivation and loneliness, he begins suffering hallucinations that embody his deepest fears, pains and regrets.

Pieces is a feature-length suspense/psychological horror film that takes place in a minimal number of locations as it explores the prisoner argument. It is an aggressive and harrowing story that includes destitution, loneliness, self- destruction and greed. It is a dark, performance- driven work that is told from the perspective of one person; the man being held against his will, for a protracted period of time, in a place where the passage of time cannot be accounted, where nothing changes, and everyone around him is without identity. 

The project is intended on being between a total running time of 90-120 minutes, and will be shot completely in Monterey or Pacific Grove, and San Francisco, California.
