nelloProductions, LLC is opening up casting for Mission, Inc. Shooting will begin soon after receiving their Houdini models of the Hydrogen One camera-phones.

This will be a new way of shooting. 6 phones in a two layer of 3-camera array will create a HYDRA. A HYDRA will shoot 6 parts of a very large image, stitched together in post. The movie will also be shot on individual Houdini-Hydrogens in a new format called .h4v. (to learn more about .h4v and HYDRA, go to h4vuser.net... posting as Hank Dewey)

Many Hollywood studio movies are going through the process of converting to .h4v movies to provide ready made content for this new format. nelloProductions hopes to have some of the first feature-length content made from scratch so anyone working in this movie will be able to have that on their résumé. This movie will be made on a shoestring, and will be done in a loose manner due to groundbreaking tech, yet providing a professional result.

Cast of Characters

ROBERT (BROTHER) PRYOR, AKA BP --Tom Selleck-looking recently-retired Army Chaplain. Once considered one of the Army’s rising line officers that chose to take a rank reduction and minister to soldiers rather than lead them in battle. 50-70 YO Any ethnicity,

PENELOPE, self-named/proclaimed as FIRST SISTER. -- She also hung the “Brother” tag on the Chaplain. A reformed prostitute. 30-40 YO Caucasian

LUCKIE JOHNSON, -- an 18 year old virgin who has been trying to lose her virginity since entering high school. Bad luck always spoiled her plans. ~18 any ethnicity

ANONYMOUS PERSON, AKA Homeless. -- A savvy bum who has lived in the shadows with amnesia for the past 25 years. ~50 Caucasian

BAMBI, -- One of the prostitutes at the Itty Bitty Kitty Ranch outside a small Nevada town city limits. An Hispanic who grew up on a real ranch in New Mexico but had to leave to find work because her parents were about to lose the ranch due to drought. She is the secret girlfriend of Homeless. 20-25 Hispanic

DAWN, -- An accountant in college who dropped out to go into the sex trade in order to further her ambition to make a lot of money – and not just from prostitution. 21-25 Caucasian skin with dark hair.

CHLOE, -- an old friend who once was in the “business” with First Sister. Back in the day they would find comfort in one another.~40 any ethnicity

TWO UNIFORMED STATE TROOPERS, -- non-essential characters who are heard offstage at a motel room door speaking to Luckie Johnson about an accident.

PROSTITUTES, -- a number of which appear as non-speaking “extras” as they attend the first monthly meeting of the Fabulous Ya-Ya Sisters Investment Club. This movie is not about physical violence nor the seedy side or any
glorified side of prostitution, though it be in a Nevada setting where
it is legal. The script has both implied judgement as-well-as acceptance
of the industry as merely a condition in the setting, yet there are no
evocative scenes in the script as written.

This movie is about humanity in its various forms. It is not meant to shock an audience, rather to introduce the audience to a variety of characters in a way to offer understanding. I think we all have motives for how we live, for what we do. This story is meant to shine light on the photo sites of these few lives and debayer the raw facade they wear, and ultimately expose an internal image that may have more focus and saturation, but too often remains hidden. Trials and tribulations can both cover up and expose.

Initially, this story was written as a stepping stone. That is, I felt this was a story that would act as a bridge to my next movie. I saw it as the movie I could make that would enable me to then make the movie I wanted to make. But as I've gotten deeper into the story, it has become the movie that I want to make.

I still want to make that next movie, but it is no longer intruding on my mind, as it once did.
