These are things we spend a lot of time thinking about at Jubilee, not beating the competition or earning more money.

Right now, there's a lot of noise in the world. There's a lot of media that's popular, but not deep; loud, but not profound. We live in an age of instant gratification, quick judgments, and isolation caused by false perfectionism upheld by social media. We need to ask ourselves: what is truly valuable?

The answer isn't a quick one, but we're trying to build something of deeper substance at Jubilee. We're a small rag-tag group of thirty individuals that is attempting to build a movement of empathy in a modern way. Whether it's bringing radically different people together, challenging conventional thinking, or sharing moments of true vulnerability and rawness, we're creating work that uplifts the humanity within each of us.

We're looking for some amazing freelance editors to work with on a consistent basis, as we've got lots of projects in our pipeline that need some good editors! We're looking for people with no ego, radical empathy, and profound compassion to make work with us that will push what it means to make meaningful content for the internet.
