director for micro-budget thriller

I'm an experienced screenwriter. I have an outline for a smart, micro-budget film that involves spy-cams. It gets a bit feminist, involving women who object to revenge porn, etc. There's also humor and violence. It could be stylish, meta and Hitchcockian. I'm looking for a hungry, serious director, located anywhere (the Stage 32 system made me name some places in order to post, but I don't care where you are) who wants to make a low, low-budget feature in a few locations, with a small cast. It could do well commercially and in festivals. I'm not offering to fund the project. I'm saying I'd like to collaborate with someone on getting it made.
