Gabe Reyes came to Chicago by way of Saginaw, MI, a small town which gave way to Gabe’s acting aspirations by means of his family’s involvement in the city’s news network, WNEM. Since childhood, Gabe has always had access to professional film equipment and has always been fond of acting. Putting his passion to use, Gabe’s first big break as an actor was in 2008, when he was just 14, landing a role in a commercial starring Kanye West in which Gabe and a handful of other young, inner-city kids were given the opportunity to act as students alongside the superstar and get their first experience in a professional acting setting.
From then, Gabe has landed various jobs as a professional actor in the Chicago film industry, primarily landing featuring roles in many commercials and a handful of short films.
Outside of his career as an actor, Gabe is often found filming live concerts/shows, the creator of an online comic, a clothing designer for music-group Awkward Theory (who are also close friends with the actor), and studying UX Design both independently and Harold Washington College in downtown Chicago.
