    Abandoned Adopted Here (2015)
Film by Lucy Sheen (Documentary and Biography) Sound department Identity, for the majority of people living in the UK, is something which is taken for granted. We see ourselves reflected back as we gaze into the eyes of our parents. But what if as a child the images, the people that you saw around you didn't look anything like you? What then? What if your parents weren't actually your parents and the country that you grew up in wasn't actually the country of your birth. An independent documentary exploring the nature of identity, through the eyes of an adult trans-racial adoptee (Lucy Sheen). How being an adoptee affects and influences others like herself and what it means (if anything) to be both Chinese and British - if there is such a thing?
