Felicia is the Creative Assistant to Alex Hertzberg, the President and Manager of Hertzberg Media, a literary management company in Beverly Hills representing writers, directors, and more in both film and television.
Hertzberg works with feature clients like Pamela Ribon (Disney’s Oscar-nominated MOANA, ZOOTOPIA, WRECK-IT-RALPH 2), Randi Singer (MRS. DOUBTFIRE), W. Peter Iliff (POINT BREAK, VARSITY BLUES, PATRIOT GAMES) and Eduardo Sánchez (THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT). Other features include LONE SURVIVOR, ROLE MODELS, MISS CONGENIALITY and more with studios including Universal Pictures, Warner Bros., Twentieth Century Fox, and Paramount Pictures.
On the TV side, they have clients who've worked on "Brooklyn Nine-Nine", "The Good Place", "The Romanoffs", "Sons of Anarchy", "The Man in the High Castle", "The Good Doctor", "Supernatural", "Bones", "Law & Order", "Empire", "How to Get Away with Murder" and many more with networks like CBS, CW, FX, FOX, ABC, Syfy, Hulu, Amazon, and Starz, and alongside A-list producing partners ranging from Blumhouse to Imagine.
After graduating from the USC School of Cinematic Arts and completing internships with Magnolia Pictures and literary management company Heroes & Villains Entertainment, Felicia joined Hertzberg Media as a creative assistant to Alex Hertzberg, a literary manager and producer specializing in TV/film packaging. On a daily basis she works with TV/film writers and directors in various stages and levels of their careers.

Tips on pitching to Felicia Ho
Within 15 minutes of your scheduled pitch, the exec will reach out by Skype or Phone. Your pitch session will last approximately 8 minutes.
Written Pitches will be no more than 2 pages submitted as a PDF or WORD document. Any written pitch uploaded past the deadline will not be shown to the executive and will result in a non-refundable forfeiture of your pitch.
Within 3-4 weeks of your pitch session, you will receive a Pitch Scorecard on which the exec you pitched will provide pitch feedback and note if they are PASSing, or would like to REQUEST your material.
If you are requested, you will be notified via email with further instructions. The execs will have 2-3 months to review your material and note if they are PASSing, or would like a MEETING. If a meeting is requested, we will introduce you via email.
Please understand that these are working executives, and their schedules are subject to change at a moment's notice. We always strive to give you at least 24 hours of notice if a session has been cancelled, and we will recommend another executive for you to pitch your material to.
