About Jason

I worked in hospitality for a number of years, before moving into retail and finally into digital filmmaking. I went back to school for writing, so I earned a BA in Humanities with a focus in Film. There was a learning curve to say the least in technology, though, undaunted, I jumped in head first. Since my focus has always been story-telling, I dedicated most of my time to becoming a better writer, and also becoming a better shooter and sound man. Recently, I have been getting more work in sound than writing, so I am dedicated to learning all I can about this important part of production.

I believe that "story" comes first, but then again, that story would not be well told, without an expert there to capture it. Because I am constantly learning, I have played several roles on set. Also, I am very well-organized as on-site Producer, since at times, I am organizing and executing shoots for local clients in the Tallahassee area.

Most recently, I was trained to develop professional youtube channels for corporate businesses in ECommerce. I can optimize your videos to get those videos into top ranked searches on youtube --and google's search engines-- thereby getting your videos more exposure, leading clients to your business website.
