We are seeking to immediately hire a versatile and creative Audiovisual Production Manager with solid experience in content creation and end-to-end project management. This role combines production leadership with hands-on involvement in content development and is essential to the success of our audiovisual projects. Essential Requirements Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). French is optional but highly valued. Proven experience producing commercials, branded content, documentaries, and digital formats. Strong background as a content creator, with a sharp eye for visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities Oversee all stages of production: pre-production, shooting, and post-production. Coordinate freelancers and technical teams, including hiring, logistics, and scheduling. Prepare technical scripts and shooting breakdowns, in collaboration with creative and art departments. Actively contribute to creative development, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to each project. Edit video content when needed (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.). Ensure high production quality, on-time delivery, and smooth execution. Serve as a key liaison between creative direction and production operations. Candidate Profile Minimum 4 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role. Hands-on editing skills and familiarity with professional software tools. Hybrid mindset: highly organized yet creatively driven. Experience with Movie Magic Budgeting, Notion, Frame.io, Excel, or similar tools. Flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
